Privacy policy

We collect as little as we need to deliver your order and to send you emails about our products.

What we collect, and why

• Orders: your name, email, delivery address and order details, to deliver your order and meet our accounting obligations. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, never by us.
• Emails: your email address, when you sign up or enter it at checkout, to send the routine guide, a reminder of the cart you left, and offers. These emails contain a small image that tells us whether and when they’re opened. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email.
• Your cart: stored in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you check out.

Ads measurement

Our site uses the Meta Pixel. It sets Meta's first-party cookies (_fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from an ad), and through the pixel and its Conversions API we tell Meta Platforms Ireland which pages and products you view, add to your cart and check out, and your purchases. With these events we send your IP address and browser type and, for a purchase, your email, name, city, postcode and country, hashed (SHA-256) before they leave our server. This lets us measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. You can limit it by blocking cookies or turning on tracking protection in your browser, and choose how Meta uses it for ads in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Our site also uses the Google tag of Google Ads. It records the pages you visit for our Google Ads account, keeps the ad click in Google’s first-party cookies (such as _gcl_aw) when you arrive from a Google ad, and tells Google Ireland the order number and amount when you buy. With these, Google receives your IP address and browser details. This lets us measure our Google ads. You can limit it in the same ways, and choose how Google uses data for ads at myadcenter.google.com.

We don't use analytics cookies, and we don't sell or rent your data.

Who processes it

Stripe Payments Europe (payments), our delivery carriers (to deliver your parcel), and Meta Platforms Ireland and Google Ireland (ads measurement). Order data is kept for 10 years for accounting purposes; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to its use. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
