Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on batanapro.com by a consumer. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Seller
batanapro.com is operated by Oscar Mairey, entrepreneur individuel (EI, French sole trader), registered at 3 rue de l’Arrivée, 75015 Paris, France, SIREN 979 658 135, VAT number FR32979658135. Contact: [email protected].
2. Products
Products are cosmetic hair-care products described on each product page, with their full ingredient list. Photos are as faithful as possible but are not contractual. Products are for external use only; do a patch test before first use.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery is free. Quantity discounts and the price of sets are applied automatically in the cart. A promotion code applies once per order.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Accepted methods include cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
The 3-month plan (“1 + 1 Free every month”) is a contract for three monthly deliveries, at the monthly price shown with the offer. The first month is paid when you order. The second and third are charged automatically to the same payment method one and two months later, and each payment ships a new 1 + 1. The plan then ends by itself, with nothing to cancel. It is binding for its three months and can’t be ended early, other than through your right of withdrawal or the legal guarantees. If a monthly payment fails, we email you a link to pay it, and that month’s parcel ships once it is paid.
5. Delivery
See Delivery for countries, times and costs. Risk passes to you when you, or someone you name, take physical possession of the products.
6. Right of withdrawal and guarantee
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, under the conditions set out in Returns.
In addition, your first order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee (a commercial guarantee). It can only be requested by email to [email protected] once 90 days have passed since delivery. The products from the order, including opened or empty bottles and jars, must then be sent back to us by parcel, at your expense, to the return address we give you; we refund the order in full within 14 days of receiving them. 7. Legal guarantees
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
8. Disputes
