Where is my order?
Enter your order number and email to see where your parcel is. Every order ships within 1 to 2 business days with a tracking number.
How delivery works
- Order confirmed: you receive your receipt by email straight after payment, with your order number (it starts with BP-).
- Shipped: within 1 to 2 business days your parcel leaves us and its tracking number appears on this page.
- Delivered: tracked delivery takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
No tracking number after 2 business days, or a parcel that hasn't moved for 5? Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll sort it out the same day.
